The discount code that gives the group a 5% discount off of the base air fare is   A21N8AU.  There should be a place on the AA.com website to plug this discount code in. This gives 5% off the published fare for that specific day people are booking. Example- Today, Friday June 6, 2008 the base fare is $488.00 less the 5% discount of $24.40 = $463.60 base fare plus taxes of $141.60 = $605.20 per ticket total.
